Administrative Assistant

Donna Karafilis has been in the employee benefits market for over 30 years. Prior to joining Cowden Associates, Inc., she was the executive secretary/administrative assistant to the president of an employee benefits company, specializing in the design and administration of qualified retirement plans; including 401(k) daily administration, financial planning, investments and life insurance. Donna has worked for various insurance companies and is familiar with their internal functions.

Using her excellent computer and secretarial skills, Donna provides administrative support to the health and benefits, defined contribution and investment advisory staff.
